My name is Eric. I live in Teaneck, New Jersey, and I have cousins who live in Beit Shemesh. I enjoy many activities, especially extreme sports like scuba diving and rock climbing. I’ve gone scuba diving in Eilat, Caesarea, Key West, Aruba, and at a quarry in Pennsylvania. The first time I saw people scuba diving I knew that one day I wanted to be able to scuba dive, but I was too young. In order to become a certified scuba diver one must be twelve years old and at that time I was only ten. At the age of twelve, I became a certified scuba diver with my dad. Diving under the ocean is like entering a new world that very few people ever get to experience.

I also enjoy rock climbing. One of my friends started going rock climbing in an indoor facility, and then he got me “hooked”. I attended a rock climbing camp and even rock climbed outdoors. Many people would say that rock climbing is easy; however, rock climbing is much harder than people think. The rock climbing walls that are in malls are very easy, but the rock climbing walls in rock climbing facilities are much harder. On each wall there are different courses set up that range in degree of difficulty. The range from least difficult to most difficult is from a 5.2-5.15b. With every increasing decimal place the difficulty increases. Some levels even have letters in them with 'a' being the easiest and 'd' being the hardest.

Of the following facts, one is true, and two are false. See if you can figure at which facts are true and which are false.
1. I got stitches twice in my life. One of the times was from a flashlight being dropped on me.
2. I've gone skydiving because I love extreme sports so much.
3. I used to live in Massachusetts.
